Background and credit screening is conducted by TransUnion SmartMove® at a cost of $48 per adult applicant, paid by the applicant directly to TransUnion. The fee covers actual screening costs only and is non-refundable.

Each adult intending to occupy the unit must complete a separate screening. TransUnion SmartMove is operated by TransUnion Rental Screening Solutions, Inc., a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You have rights under the FCRA, including the right to dispute information in your report directly with TransUnion.
